Ms. Vuthiya is an Attorney-at-Law at T.S.M Law Group. Prior to joining TSM, Ms. Vuthiya has worked as a judicial assistant to a Judge of the Supreme Court and worked as a paralegal in one of Cambodia’s leading law firms where she has built up her capacity as a legal practitioner with her extensive experience.

Through her experience as a judicial assistant at the supreme court, Ms. Vuthiya has developed a deep understanding of court procedures, case management and has dealt with many types of cases ranging from simple to complex civil, criminal and commercial cases and recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards. Whilst during her time as a paralegal, she has assisted and advised in matters concerning dispute resolution, real estate matters as well as drafted complex agreements including nominee structure agreements for foreign real estate buyers.

In addition to her experience, Ms. Vuthiya has obtained a Master of Law specializing in corporate and commercial law from the University of London and a Bachelor of Laws from the Royal University of Law and Economics.

With her experience and academic achievements, Ms. Vuthiya has represented Clients before both the first instance courts and high courts of the Kingdom of Cambodia; providing her clients with successful results. She has also advised and assisted her clients on legal matters concerning dispute resolution, real estate developments, family law, commercial and corporate matters and other legal work.
