Cambodia’s capital market allows companies to raise funds through the Cambodian Security Exchange (CSX) which is governed by the Security and Exchange Commission Cambodia (SECC). Companies who pass the requirement is eligible to list their companies on the CSX which is the primary market to raise funds through issuance of bond and equity to the public. 

Our firm’s management was directly involved and assisted the SECC in drafting law and regulations relating to the Security Exchange sector and has participated in relevant workshops and seminars in collaboration with the SECC.
