• Assisting our clients in negotiation, drafting and reviewing on Sale and Purchase Agreements for both sellers and buyers, property developers and foreign buyers.
• Assisting our clients in negotiation, drafting and reviewing Lease Agreements, Perpetual Lease agreements, Condominium Lease Agreements.
• Advising and drafting Hypothec Agreement, Mortgage, Guarantee, Security Agreement, Nominee agreement for foreign buyers;
• Due diligence on immovable property for potential buyers;
• Registration and deregistration of Hypothec and perpetual lease agreement;
• Registration of ownership transfer of immovable properties, rights of possession and freehold immovables;
• Application of construction or renovation permits and real estate development licensing (condominiums and housing developments) with relevant ministries and authorities;
• Assisting and advising on the registration of the development of a special economic zone (SEZ).
