On 05 September 2025, the Royal Government of Cambodia issued the Sub-Decree No. 167, establishing the 2026 public holiday calendar for civil servants, employees, and workers in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
The civil servants, employees and workers shall be entitled to 22 days of paid public holidays in 2026. However, ministries and relevant authorities relating to international relations must have personnels on stand-by.
All employers are expected to comply with the public holiday calendar. For businesses and companies who wish to continue operations as usual may implement rotational leave schedule based on mutual agreement between the employer and employee.
